Lech boasts a worldwide reputation as one of the most renowned winter sports resorts, so summer here in the Arlberg region is sometimes rather overlooked – which is a terrible shame! Lech Zürs features one of the most multifaceted and extensive hiking regions in the Alps. Well-marked hiking trails criss-cross the entire landscape and offer a variety of hiking routes providing unforgettable close-to-nature experiences at all times of the year. However, there are also numerous options for mountain bikers – with or without electric power. Our tip: Bike from Lech to Zug and continue through the Zuger Täli valley to the Formarinsee lake, voted as “Austria’s most beautiful place” by viewers of the Austrian television channel ORF. A not-to-be missed scenic highlight!
