Pricing overview

The apartment prices in summer are per day, including daily intermediate cleaning. Excluding local tax EUR 4,60 per person aged 14 and over, per day.

We will deliver a lovingly assembled breakfast basket with regional products directly to your apartment on the first morning, once.

This welcome package is already included in the price of your booking – for a delightful start to your day!

We guarantee that you will receive the best available price when you book directly at the Apart-Hotel. You won’t get a better price on any booking platform.

We have a heart for animals. Unfortunately, their presence is not compatible with every guest. In order to fulfil all needs, dogs and pets are not allowed in our house.

All flats are non-smoking apartments.

In the case of cancellation of a booking, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

– free cancellation up to 90 before arrival at the latest
– up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price;
– up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price;
– in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price;
– no show: 100 % of the total package price.

  15-21 days: € 159
• Children: born 2011 or later will receive a free Lech Card. 
  Seniors: seniors (born 1955 or earlier) receive the Lech Card with 30% discount.
• Guests with disabilities: upon presentation of a disabled person's ID card (from 50% degree of disability), guests receive the Lech Card free of charge. For the accompaniment the regular regulations of an adult Lech Card apply.
